Liu Wenmin, male, was born in Weihai City, Shandong Province, China.
He went to Shenzhen to work in 1990 and graduated from Shenzhen University with a major in international trade in 1993. In 1999, he went to Ghana, West Africa.
In 2003, he organized the establishment of the Ghana-China Business Chamber of Commerce. As the secretary-general, he has successfully organized three and six Ghanaian enterprises to participate in the Canton Fair in Guangzhou since 2003.
In September 2010, he visited China with the President of Ghana. During this period, he successfully facilitated the acquisition of a bauxite mine in Ghana by a Chinese company.
In 2015, he coordinated Chinese companies to invest in photovoltaic power generation projects in Ghana. In September 2018, he visited China with the President of Ghana and participated in the China-Africa Entrepreneurs Conference.
